The Royal Wedding!

On this week the children made their own crowns in celebration of the Royal wedding. We think they all looked like royalty and they thought so too!

Garden re-vamp!

On this day in half term, the staff came in to give the garden a tidy up, a paint over and planted some new beautiful flowers. This is all in preparation for our open day on the 30th of June.

All information regarding our upcoming open day can be found on this flyer. 30th June 2018, save the date!

3rd May 2018

Today the children have been learning about exercise, heartbeats and pulses. All tied in with the theme of doctors and nurses. They listened to their heartbeats after sitting quietly and then they listened to them again after doing starjumps and we talked about the difference it makes.

We work closely with the primary school, Cathedral Primary School, which is located just across the road from us. On Sunday 8th July they are having their summer fair, all families welcome!

12th June

Here are our caterpillars slowly turning into butterflies! Watch this space for the beauties when they appear!

13th June

The children have made a wormery to watch worms and how they live. This activity (And our caterpillars) are all about learning about growth and decay and how the world changes around us.

It's the world cup! The children have created their own giant football made out of all kinds of sticky stuff with our volunteer, Helen, who has been with us for 2 weeks for work experience. The children have loves spending time with Helen and hope she visits us again in the future! (We hope our worms haven't put her off ha ha!)
